赵旭新（中国）

赵旭新简介：

赵旭新，男，1959年5月生。1985年涉足摄影工作至今，先后在国内外发表摄影作品及理论文章过千幅（篇），数百幅作品获奖。

2009年9月，首届国际摄影协会代表大会召开，来自世界各地十几个国家的摄影师代表70余人出席大会，赵旭新当选为国际摄影协会主席。

2009至2014年第1至6届 IPA国际摄影网络大赛评委；

2010年至2013年第1至3届IPA国际摄影艺术展评委；

2010年首届“百鸟之都魅力威宁”国际摄影大赛评委；

2012年9月平遥国际摄影展IPA精英作品展策展人，并为组委会邀请的演讲嘉宾；

2012年11月连州国际摄影展IPA会员精品展策展人；

2012年12月凤凰国际摄影双年展IPA会员精品展策展人，并为组委会邀请的演讲嘉宾；

2014年1月“聚焦张家界千名摄影师采风活动”总策划；

2014年法国布列塔尼St Brieuc 国际摄影节评委。

Introduction of XuXin Zhao

XuXinZhao,Male,Born in May 1959.Stepped into photography profession since 1985 and has been actively working on photography until now,more than a thousand of photography works and theoretical articles have been published in domestic and abroad, hundreds of works have won awards also.September 2009, The first congress of International Photography Association(IPA) was held with attendance of more than 70 professional photographers from different areas in the world. XuXin Zhao was elected to be the chairman of IPA.

2008 - 2014, The honored judge for IPA international photography Cyber Competition from Session 1st to 6th.

2010 - 2013, The honored judge for IPA international photography Art Exhibition from Session 1st to 3rd.

2010, The honored judge for first session of International Photography Competition themed by “Heaven of Birds -- Charming WeiNing”.

September 2012, Exhibition Curator for PingYao International Photography Exhibition of IPA outstanding works.

林伟球（中国）

林伟球简介：

1970年参加工作，在广州军区生产建设兵团从事电影放映、宣传工作多年。专长摄影后期制作及图象处理。

1973年发表首张摄影作品，1981年成为广东省青年摄影学会创会会员，曾担任该会副秘书长。

1988年首次举办个人影展。摄影作品多次在国内外各种影展影赛入选或获奖，作品及事迹曾获海内外多家报刊、杂志，广东电视台等媒体登、播。

参与和组织过国际、国内多次各种大型摄影活动，并受聘到多家企业、高校讲课。

In 1988 held the first personal photography exhibition. 简介：

乔尔·哈里奥先生是一名拍摄自然环境图片界的代表人物，环境专业毕业的研究生。现在他是J.H.Editorial Agency月刊杂志主编。"美好家园/雅安/阿斯图-伯特兰"基金会的成员。他曾经作为导演指导了TF1台十部纪录片的拍摄。是北美自然摄影师峰会的成员，法国Civile des媒体的特约嘉宾。

J.H.Editorial Agency杂志创刊于2000年，致力于关注自然环境，该杂志的记者来自世界各地，他们的作品定期在《国家地理》，《地理》,《斯特恩》,《费加罗杂志》刊登。华盛顿邮报网络版刊登了系列的生物多样性报道。为"美好家园/雅安/阿斯图-伯特兰"基金会建立了世界旅游图片展览。

Introduction

Joel Helio is a prominent representative in Photographing natural scenery. He got his Master Degree in Environment. Now, he is the chief editor of a monthly magazine, J.H. Editorial Agency. He has directed ten documentary films forTF1. He is also a member of Good Planet Foundation organized by Yann Arthus-Bertrand, North American Nature Photographer Summit and a special guest of French Civile des.

J.H.Editorial Agency, founded in 2000, is committed to focus on natural environment. The reporters and journalists are from all over the world and their works are published regularly in the "National Geographic", "geography", "Stern" and "Le Figaro magazine". A series of biodiversity reports has been published on Washington Post Online. J.H.Editorial Agency also held a world tourism photo exhibition for Good Planet Foundation.

FRANCK VOGEL （法国）

简介：

2002，弗兰克·沃格尔在法国生命食品及环境科学大学取得了商业与市场专业的硕士学位。他喜欢旅行，主要目的是遇到世界各地的人们。通过搭便车，他经历了一次神话般的冒险旅程，拍摄了8000张图片。一年之后，他决定进入摄影行业。这个“180度”大转变是他个人生活以及人生价值一个新的挑战和一种觉醒。

为了得到更广泛的受众，弗兰克·沃格尔编写并与法国电视台五频道France5合作执导了一部纪录片，《拉贾斯坦，先知的灵魂》（Rajasthan, l’ame d’un prophète）。该片在2011年6月11日播出并在2011获得了金球奖和2013的特雷苏瓦吉凤凰奖。

2013年10月4日，在木卡姆节以及成千上万的朝圣者面前，在，弗兰克得到了促进斯诺文化的最高荣誉（印度）。弗兰克·沃格尔也是法国绿十字（Green Cross France）（米哈伊尔戈尔巴乔夫创办的环境保护的非政府组织）的大使。

Frank Vogel,born in 1977,is a freelance photographer.He started to concentrate on special photographic subjects since 2007. Please have a look at his English resume.
