IPA再获佳绩，2016年第四届三国摄影联赛获得1金1铜5优秀奖(编号:203)

喜讯，2016年第四届三国摄影联赛结果揭晓，本届大赛本届大赛由爱尔兰，黑山，塞尔维亚3个国家的摄影协会共同举办，此次比赛受到美国摄影学会(PSA)、爱尔兰数字影像档案馆（DPA）联合爱尔兰摄影协会，黑山摄影协会，塞尔维亚摄影协会共同认证。由IPA国际影赛直通车项目选送的参赛作品再次取得好成绩，其中王建军，蔡宁，苗永，潘家英共获得1金1铜5优秀奖，同时还有其他参赛影友的112幅作品入围本次大赛，在此衷心祝贺获奖和入围的摄影师，希望再接再厉，取得更好的成绩。
