2017年第三届希腊-阿联酋国际摄影联赛结果揭晓，本届大赛由希腊和阿联酋的的4个摄影协会共同举办，此次比赛受到美国摄影学会(PSA)、国际影艺联盟（FIAP）、国际摄影家联盟（GPU）、希腊摄影家协会（GAP）、阿联酋摄影家协会共同认证。本届大赛属于联赛，由4个比赛组成，每个比赛独立评分，独立颁奖，由IPA国际影赛直通车项目选送的参赛作品再次取得好成绩，杨胜华获3金2优秀奖，在此衷心祝贺获奖和入围的摄影师，希望再接再厉，取得更好的成绩。
