喜讯，编号：200 2016年瑞士国际摄影艺术家大赛结果揭晓，本届大赛由美国摄影学会(PSA)、国际摄影艺术联合会(FIAP)、和瑞士摄影协会(Shweizerischer Verband für Die Fotographie)、瑞士新锐摄影俱乐部（New Camera Club 简称NCC）联合举办。由IPA国际影赛直通车项目选送的参赛作品再次取得好成绩，其中潘家英作品获得1项优秀奖，同时还有其他参赛影友的18幅作品入围本次大赛，在此衷心祝贺获奖和入围的摄影师，希望再接再厉，取得更好的成绩。
