编号：198 2016年赛尔维亚＂FKNS＂大赛揭晓，潘家英获优秀奖

喜讯，2016年赛尔维亚＂FKNS＂冬季国际摄影联赛结果揭晓，本届大赛由塞尔维亚和黑山共和国的的5个摄影协会（Novi Sad，Podgorica，Kula，Ruma，Aleksinac）共同举办，此次比赛受到美国摄影学会(PSA)、国际影艺联盟（FIAP）、国际数码影像协会（DPA）、塞尔维亚摄影家协会（FSS）共同认证。由IPA国际影赛直通车项目选送的参赛作品再次取得好成绩，其中潘家英获得2个优秀奖，同时还有其他参赛影友的34幅作品入围本次大赛，在此衷心祝贺获奖和入围的摄影师，希望再接再厉，取得更好的成绩。
